MEPs question the EU Commission on the safety of LED

On 18th February, UK and Estonion MEPs submitted a written questions to the EU Commission on how new legislation on lighting will protect vulnerable groups:

“1. Considering that the Sheer report, among other pieces of research, stated that LED lighting poses a risk to vulnerable groups, what steps will be taken by the Commission to safeguard the health of those at risk from LED lighting, such as children, the elderly and those who suffer from photosensitivity, when exposed to that lighting?”
