A new book, Incandescent We need to Talk About Light, has been published this month. Written by Anna Levin, a wildlife journalist and one of LightAware’s founders, it tackles the complex subject of changing light in an accessible way. The book describes about the way new lighting has affected Anna’s own health and then carries out an investigation into why light is so important, taking in, among other things, the night sky, the natural world, and the physics, politics and art of light.

LIghtAware is delighted that this publication is bringing the vital issue of light and health into the public eye, already raising the issue on Radio 4 and in the UK press.
